Lokur has been appointed to the Supreme Court of Fiji as a judge of its non-resident panel. Fiji is a small island nation in the Pacific Ocean. He was judge of the Supreme Court of India and had demitted office on 31 December 2018. He will join in his new role on 15 August 2019 and will have tenure of three years)
